Our approach

At Novae, we see training as a fundamental pillar of our corporate identity. In the demanding restaurant sector, where quality and customer satisfaction are essential, it is crucial to develop and strengthen the skills of professionals working in the field.
With this in mind, our trainers share their passion and expertise with 22 participants, covering a wide range of areas such as cooking, table service, coffee/barista service, and event management. These participants will have the opportunity to follow a comprehensive and varied training programme over a two-month period (extendable depending on individual cases).

At Novae, we believe that training is the key to success – to achieving excellence and unlocking new opportunities in the dynamic world of hospitality.
